DERC Rebate Scheme

To incentivize the consumers to pay their bills on time, rebate scheme was introduced by Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission. It was applicable to all consumers for their bills raised during the period of 24th March 2020 till 30th June 2020 on Net Demand Raised (excluding any outstanding arrear on or before 24th March 2020).

Enroll for e-bills via SMS or WhatsApp

Dear Consumers -
You are requested to enrol for e-bills via SMS or WhatsApp by contacting our Call Centre ( toll free number - 19124). You are also requested to update your existing email id, Mobile numbers, WhatsApp numbers, in case of any changes. Consumers can also request for e-bills by logging on to www.tatapower-ddl.com, or Mobile App (TPDDL Connect) available for both Android and iOS.
