    Proof of Identity of the Applicant

    Owner as Primary Applicant
    1.1 In case connection applied by individual/Co -owner Ownership Proof of applied address: (Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Notarized or Rgstd.     1.4 Agriculture Connection (Tubewell/Kutti cutting/Threshing) (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: (Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Khatoni/Khasra-Girdwari/Lal Dora Certificate
    (ii) NOC from Delhi Jal Board or Certificate of Residence from Block Development Officer
    1.5 For Industrial connections(in Pvt. Ltd Firm or Partnership Firm) if applied in the name of Firm/Individual (same owner) i) Ownership Proof of applied address: Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/AllotmentLetter/Possession Letter/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Khatoni/Khasra-Girdwari/Lal Dora Certificate either in the name of firm/Co. or in the name of individual.
    (ii) Factory licence required for Non-Conforming Industrial areas.
    (iii) Consent order from Delhi pollution control committee
    1.6 Connections for Servant Quarter/Garage in the name of Original Allottee or owner (if garage sold seperately) Ownership Proof of applied address: Allotment / Possession Letter of original flat/Rgstd. Sale Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA.
    Title through NOC by owner(s) on ownership documents
    2.1 In case connection applied by Individual i) Ownership Proof of applied address: (Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to Sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Notarized or Rgstd. Partition Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. Relinquishment or Release Deed/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Lal Dora Certf./Khatoni/Bank Sale Certificate)
    (ii) NOC from owner for applied address (if ownership proof is not in favour of applicant, Annex.1)
    2.2 If applicant is the legal heir and not the owner/co-owner & owner has expired i) Ownership Proof of applied address: (Rgstd. or Notarized Will/Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Notarized or Rgstd. Partition Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. Relinquishment or Release Deed/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Lal Dora Certf./Khatoni).
    (ii) Death certificate of testator
    (iii) Legal Heir NOC (Annex. 2)
    2.3 For Industrial connections(in Pvt. Ltd Firm or Partnership Firm) if applied in the name of Firm /Individual (different owner) (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to Sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/AllotmentLetter/Possession Letter/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Khatoni/Khasra-Girdwari/Lal Dora Certificate either in the name of firm/Co. or in the name of individual.
    (ii) NOC from the owner(s) in favor of applicant required. (Annex.1)
    (iii) Factory licence required for Non-Conforming Industrial areas.
    (iv) consent required from DPCC.
    2.4 Connections for Servant Quarter/Garage in the name other than allottee (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: Allotment / Possession Letter of original flat. (ii) NOC from original allottee (Annex.1)
    2.5 G&I - Tower cases (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: (Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to Sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Notarized or Rgstd. Partition Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. Relinquishment or Release Deed/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Lal Dora Certf./Khatoni/Bank Sale Certificate)
    (ii) NOC from owner for applied address (Annex.1)
    (iii) Lease agreement between landlord and Co.
    (iv) Current List of directors/partners along
    (v) Authorization letter in favor of signing authority.
    2.6 If applicant is Tenant (i) Notarised or Registered Rent Agreement or Lease Agreement/Rent receipt not earlier than 3 months
    (ii) Undertaking that the rent receipt/lease agreement has been signed by the owner (Annex.20) Note: Only prepaid meter will be issued upto the load of 45 kW
    Connection on the basis of Support documents
    3.1 In case connection applied by RWA Society/Association(Common Services) (i) List of Committee Members
    (ii) Authority letter in favor of signatory authority on RWA letter head
    (iii) Indemnity Bond in lieu of ownership (Annex. 5) Note: DL-NH rate category will be issued only.
    3.2 For Parking/Lift connections/Staircase Lighting/Compound Lighting (private/unregistered consumer) Ownership Proof of applied address (any floor): Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to Sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Notarized or Rgstd. Partition Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. Relinquishment or Release Deed/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Lal Dora Certf./Bank Sale Certificate Note: DL-NH rate category will be issued only.
    3.3 G&I - Street Light cases Govt. issued covering letter for purpose of the connection with location address.
    Outdoor connections
    4.1 Government taken up construction projects Ownership Proof of applied address: Tender Acceptance Letter / Offer Letter / Letter of Commencement
    4.2 For Advertisement/hoardings/Bus shelters Ownership Proof of applied address: Allotment Letter / Offer Letter / Letter of Commencement
    4.3 Connection for weekly markets (connection to be given in the in the name of association) (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: MCD Allotment Letter in the name of association for applied market.
    (ii) MCD roaster plan required.
    4.4 Tehbazari/Khoka (Single Shop) (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: MCD Allotment Letter in the name of applicant for applied tehbazari / shop / khoka address. In case applicant do not possess MCD Allotment letter for Khoka/Tehbazaari : MCD Receipt/Chalan of same address in the name of applicant + Guarantor affidavit (Annx.14) with CA no. along with copy of last month bill and Guarantor ID proof required with initials of both guarantor and applicant along with Gaurantor's ownership proof of Gaurantor suppy address. Note: NL permanent connection to be given for permanent structure OR, NL temporary connection to be given for temporary structure.
    4.5 Applied for E-Rickshaw Charging Point (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: (Rgstd. Sale Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Notarized or Rgstd. Partition Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. Relinquishment or Release Deed/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Lal Dora Certf./Khatoni/Bank Sale Certificate) In case applicant do not possess Ownership: MCD Receipt/Chalan of same address in the name of applicant + Guarantor affidavit (Annx.14) with CA no. along with copy of last month bill and Guarantor ID proof required with initials of both guarantor and applicant along with Gaurantor's ownership proof of Gaurantor suppy address. Note:- Supply Address to be maintained with Pole No. as well as other landmark. Billing Address: - Billing address to be maintained as mentioned in Guarantor CA no.
    Areas in lieu of ownership document
    5.1 Delhi Cantt. Area (both DL & NL connection) Ownership Proof of applied address: Allotment/Possession Letter OR Indemnity Bond in lieu of ownership as per TPDDL format (Annex. 5) alongwith Same address ID proof
    5.2 JJ clusters/colony/Resettlement colony/Juggis (with SCG index No.) (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: - Rgstd. Sale Deed or Agreement to Sell/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA In case applicant do not possess ownership proof, same address ID proof or SCG Undertaking (Annex.13) required.
    (ii) JJ insurance form with Nominee details
    5.3 Village/Lal Dora cases /Katra cases Ownership Proof of applied address: Same address ID proof/ Lal Dora Certificate / Khatoni / Khasra-Girdwari / Lal Dora certf. / Indemnity Bond in lieu of ownership proof (Annex.5)
    5.4 Connection for Religious Places (i) Ownership Proof of applied address: Rgstd. Sale Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. GPA/Notarized or Rgstd. Partition Deed/Notarized or Rgstd. Relinquishment or Release Deed/Rgstd. Conveyance Deed/Lal Dora Certf./Khatoni/Bank Sale Certificate/ Indemnity Bond in lieu of ownership as per TPDDL format (Annex. 5)
    (ii) List of Committee Member(s)
    (iii) Authority letter in favor of authorized signatory. Note:- Connection to be released in the name of Mandir/Masjid/Gurdwara/Church etc. [Category: "DL-ML"]

    Annexure number Name Purpose
    Annexure 1 NoC format where applicant is not the owner of the applied premise and NoC from original owner is required in favor of applicant on Rs 10 stamp paper(duly notarised) and signed by the Owner.
    Annexure 2 Legal heirs certificate cum NoC Where the owner of the applied premise is no more, collective NoC from all the legal heirs of the deceased is required in favor of applicant on Rs 10 stamp paper(duly notarised) and signed by all the legal heirs
    Annexure 4 Extended Portion affidavit The said affidavit is required in cases where applied premise(DDA flats) is exended floor. Affidavit mandatory on Rs 10 Stamp paper (duly notarised) and signed by the Owner.
    Annexure 5 Indemnity bond in lieu of proof of ownership The said Indemnity bond is applicable for village/Lal dora areas where ownership proof is not available with the applicant.Indemnity bond mandatory on Rs 100 Stamp paper (duly notarised) and signed by the Owner.
    Annexure 8 Indemnity bond for rectification in ownership proof The said indemnity bond is applicable where tampering/overwriting is found on ownership proof.Indemnity bond mandatory on Rs 100 Stamp paper (duly notarised) and signed by the Owner.
    Annexure 13 SCG undertaking in leiu of ownership proof (JJ colonies/clusters) The said undertaking is applicable for JJ colonies /clusters where same address ID proof /ownership proof is not available with the applicant.
    Annexure 14 Guarantor Affidavit The said affidavit is applicable for connection applied for khokhas/E-rickshaw.Affidavit mandatory on Rs 10 Stamp paper (duly notarised) and signed by the Owner and guarantor.
    Annexure 20 Undertaking for Tenant The said undertaking is applicable for all the cases where the applicant is tenant.
    Temporary connection Undertaking for temporary connection The said undertaking is applicable for all the cases where the applicant is applying for temporary connection.
    Annexure 17 Affidavit For unauthorised construction,Affidavit mandatory on Rs 10 Stamp paper (duly notarised) and signed by the Owner.
    Due Affidavit Dues Affidavit (Dues not Traceable) For unauthorised construction, Affidavit mandatory on Rs 10 Stamp paper (duly notarised) and signed by the Owner.
    Annexure-18: Indemnity Bond Indemnity Bond in lieu of non-availability of documents showing linkage to RC Indemnity Bond on Rs.100/- Stamp paper is to be submitted, in lieu of non-availability of documents showing linkage of Applicant with Registered Consumer.
