Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited to organise ‘Special Lok Adalat’ on Sunday, 18th February for prompt settlement of Electricity Theft casesDate : Feb 16, 2024

• Lok Adalat will be held at PLA – I, Sub-station Building 2/13, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi, near Venkateshwar Global School.

Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL), a leading power utility supplying electricity to a populace of 7 million in North Delhi, will organise a ‘Special Lok Adalat’ in association with Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) on Sunday, 18 February 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the PLA – I, Sub-station Building 2/13, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi-110085, near Venkateshwar Global School. The Adalat will offer on-the-spot-settlement of Electricity Theft cases.

For participating in the upcoming Lok Adalat, all litigants need to register before the Lok Adalat by dialling – 19124 or writing to eac.care@tatapower-ddl.com. Complainants should carry their photo ID and a copy of their theft bill.

Consumers who look forward to settling their power-theft cases can utilize this opportunity for an amicable and immediate settlement of unsolved cases. In case of a default, the company will be obliged to initiate criminal proceedings against these consumers under the relevant provision of the Electricity Act, 2003. Consumers can pay their bills through various modes such as Demand Draft, Cheque, Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Modes, or Cash.
