Tata Power Delhi Distribution, a leading power utility supplying electricity to a populace of 7 million in North Delhi, has introduced a service where consumers can give a missed call to directly register No Power Supply (NPS) complaints
The consumer would just have to give a missed call on 9619619124 (toll free) from their Registered Mobile Number and necessary action will be taken by the company.
The new initiative has been incorporated by Tata Power-DDL to ensure consumer ease and safety for registering NPS complaints during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. When a missed call would be received from the registered mobile number of a customer, the CA number and the outage details would be fetched automatically and based on the available information, an SMS with all the necessary complaint details will be shared with the consumer.
