Felicitation of Winners of Green Warriors 2.0 - a Sustainability Awareness Initiative.


• The initiative is aligned with India's ambitious goal of reaching Net Zero emissions by 2070 and 50% of electricity requirements from renewable energy sources by 2030.

• Campaign invited entries from Large, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to showcase their sustainable efforts and practices.

• The campaign is aligned with Tata Power-DDL’s "Urja Arpan" initiative aimed to encourage responsible and optimal electricity consumption through use of energy efficient products and services.

Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL), a leading power utility supplying electricity to a populace of 8 million in North Delhi has announced the winners of 'Green Warriors 2.0’, - a Sustainability Awareness initiative. The first edition of the 'Green Warriors' campaign focused on inspiring young minds on environmental conservation and saw an amazing response.

In line with Tata Power-DDL’s commitment to fostering sustainable practices, this campaign series is aligned with the "Urja Arpan" initiative and was run from December 2023-January 2024.

With the philosophy ‘Towards a Greener Tomorrow’ at heart, Tata Power-DDL encourages small businesses, start-ups and corporates to embrace sustainable efforts and practices for contributing towards the environment. Participants submitted their video entries showcasing their brand’s eco-friendly initiatives aimed at reducing carbon footprint. The initiative was further aligned with India's ambitious goal of reaching net zero emissions by 2070 and 50% of electricity requirements from renewable energy sources by 2030.
