Tata Power-DDL a joint venture between Tata Power Ltd. and the Government of NCT Delhi, is a consumer centric organization which is committed to ensure world class reliable high-quality power supply to its customers. Currently, the company distributes electricity in North Delhi and North West Delhi and serves a populace of around 9 million.
Since the start of February, as per SLDC data, Delhi's power demand continues to remain stable in the range of 4200-4500 MW. In our area of operations, the demand is ranging between 1200-1600 MW.
Our distribution network has been strategically planned to meet the expected peak demand of 2,600 MW for Summer 2025. To ensure reliability, long-term Power Purchase Agreements and banking arrangements are in place, securing power supply of up to 2,742 MW.
