Tata Power Delhi Distribution (Tata Power-DDL) has launched its popular ‘Pay Bill and Win’ scheme in a bid to promote digital mode of payments during the ongoing lockdown.
Under the scheme, consumers with no outstanding dues on bills on or before the end date (31st May, 2020) will be eligible to win prizes like LED TVs, Air Purifiers & Mobile Phones.
The winners would be chosen through a computerized lucky draw from the set of all eligible consumers. These winners will be intimated through SMS & calls on mobile numbers, e-mails and the official list would also be published on Tata Power -DDL’s website.
The consumers paying within the stipulated timeline could also avail the DERC (Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission) approved rebate on bills generated from March 24, ’20 to June 30, ’20
• Payment in Day 1 to 7 of the billing date – Rebate of 1% on the bill amount (excluding arrears), not exceeding ₹200
• Payment in Day 8 to 14 of the billing date - Rebate of 0.5% on the bill amount (excluding arrears), not exceeding ₹150
Tata Power-DDL also appeals to its consumers to opt for digital modes of bill payment via company’s website www.tatapower-ddl.com, Mobile App, E-wallets or UPI. Special prizes will be given to consumers who would be accessing the online modes for paying their bills on time.
Consumers can give a missed call on Tata Power- DDL’s Registered WhatsApp Number - 7303482071 to activate and receive E-bill services on their mobile phones.
Tata Power-DDL also recommends all its consumers to update their existing e-mail IDs, Mobile Numbers, WhatsApp Numbers in the company’s data base, in case of any change by logging on to Website www.tatapower-ddl.com or Mobile App (TPDDL Connect - available on both Android and IOS) or by calling toll–free no. 19124.
